Isiko (ē/sē/kō)  Zulu  1. Culture.  2.  Practice.  3. Custom.  4. Habit.

Culture provides the lens through which we see ourselves and view the world.
It is a means for solving problems that groups experience over time. It provides meaning and purpose for our lives. Culture is the source of conflict.

Our name, ISIKO, conveys our understanding that culture animates disputes -- whether domestic, workplace, commercial, organizational, or community.
Our knowledge of the effects of culture on disputes enhances our ability to arrive at fair and just decisions in arbitration, and to assist you in reaching long-lasting settlements in mediation.
